HOW TO ORDER BY US MAIL

I have finished with PayPal, how do I get my pictures to you?

If you have the picture stored on your computer or have a scanner you can send it to us as an attachment in an e-mail.  Be sure to include your PayPal Transaction ID so we can match the photo with the payment and know where to send the finished product.  Be sure to let us know what photos go on what products and how many of each.  If you are sending your pictures US Mail please print a copy of Order Form, fill out the applicable information and mail it to the address on the Order Form.

What if I don't have a PayPal account?     There are several options available.

1) If you have a digital picture(s) you can e-mail the picture(s) to carrymeback@carrymeback.com , fill out a copy of our printable US Mail Order Form, mail it along with a check or money order (US funds) for the amount of purchase to CarryMeBack.com, LLC;  P.O. Box 781684;  Marietta, GA 30006. Make sure to mark the appropriate  box, on the Order Form advising us that the picture(s) were sent via e-mail so we can match them up when the Order Form is received. 

2) You can include your picture(s)  with a copy of the printable Order Form  and a check or money order (US funds) for the amount of purchase to CarryMeBack.com, LLC; P.O. Box 781684; Marietta, GA 30006.  Your picture(s) are scanned into our computer and returned to you in same condition we received them.  We DO NOT ALTER your original photos. All alterations, i.e.; cropping, altering background, etc. are done to our computer copy.  Make sure to print your NAME on the back of EACH photo sent and the NUMBER of copies and items you want that particular picture to be used. Be sure to follow the instructions on the bottom of the US Mail  Order Form for protecting your picture(s) during shipment.

3) You can still purchase through PayPal even though you don't have an account with them, nor do you have to setup an account.  Simply follow the normal procedure for purchasing through PayPal and follow the procedure for purchasing without a PayPal account.  PayPal  will also offer you the opportunity to set up an account. at no cost.                                                                                            

 
What is the actual bulb size of the CarryMeBack personalized ornament?    The size of the standard Christmas tree bulb is 65mm.  The size that appears on your computer monitor has to do with several factors, most important of which is the size of your monitor and the "colors" settings in your Display Properties.  All of the CarryMeBack personalized images were created at 800 X 600 pixels with True Color (24 bit).
 

Will black and white pictures work?    Yes.  An excellent example of  an old black and white photo can be seen on the plates page. .

Are there size restrictions?     We are able to accommodate anything from  "thumbnails"( 1 inch by 1 inch) to 8" by 10".  We are able to "capture" certain areas of larger pictures.  Examples of how we "capture" an image or part of a picture are illustrated in the samples of my brother John and Kelly, the little redhead on the tree.  Both were "captured" from pictures of a group of people.
 

What if a picture is torn?  While we can't guarantee the results you may be looking for (depending on how badly the picture is damaged)our guarantee still stands, if you are unhappy with the finished product your money will be refunded.  We can, in many cases, cover or erase rips, tears and pictures with "hard folds" but  each incident stands on its own merit..
