If you have a scanner or a digital copy of the photo and wish to send your order via E-mail you should scan the picture to a file.  COPY and PAST a copy of the ORDER FORM to a file where you can edit it (fill out the form) and send both files as attachments in the SAME E-mail to: carrymeback@carrymeback.com

If you DO NOT have a scanner or a printer or just prefer to order by mail simply provide the necessary information, i.e., name; address, etc. (see Order Form) on a sheet of paper along with the photograph(s) and a check or money order for the amount of the purchase and send to:

HINT:  When mailing photographs you may get away with simply putting the photograph(s) in an envelope and marking, with bold letters "Photos Do Not Bend." I normally use the inexpensive photo mailers which can be purchased at most stores that deal in cameras or film, even Wal-Mart or Office Depot.  However, when I'm in a hurry and don't have a mailer lhandy I cut two pieces of cardboard the size of the  largest picture and sandwich the picture(s) between them.  Put it all in an addressed envelope, tape it shut and mark it "Photos Do Not Bend" and off it goes. (That's the way Martha Stewart would probably do it.)
